Cancellation of order
We reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy, or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication regarding cancellation of an order so cancelled is intimated within appropriate time frame to the concerned, person and any applicable refund is made within a reasonable time period. In case of product orders cancelled by us due to unavailability of products or delays in fulfilment, we will provide 100% refund for that product.
Customer Order Cancellation Policy
If you made a mistake when placing an order, you can contact Customer Support to cancel the order without any charges, provided it has not already left our warehouse (typically same day). Beyond this timeframe, you may cancel the order with a 20% restocking fee. The balance amount will be refunded to you once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier or will get transfer to GlamKart Credits account which will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Purchases made from a sale catalogue are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
Unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled once the ordered product has been delivered to you.
Damaged / Defective Item Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours from delivery). If you are unable to inform us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund for the order. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. GlamKart.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit. If you choose a refund, the full product price will be credited when GlamKart.com has received and processed your return. It may take up to 10 working days to process your refund.
