How long does it take for an order to arrive?

How much is shipping? 

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Shipping can range from $3.95 - $9.95 for single product, and additional shipping charge for each product ordered. On confirmation payment screen total amount will be listed before processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through the PayPal Express Checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the refund policy?

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 7 days after receiving your package, at your own expense. Being international shipping we do not refund shipping cost or provide return shipping labels. $5 restocking fees will be charged per item returned.

Please mail us with your order number at refund@glamkart.com and we will happily assist you in our refund process.

No refund request will be accepted for non delivery of item claim before shipping time expires. You must wait till the mentioned shipping time before claiming for refund.

What is the exchange policy?

If for some reason you would like to exchange the item, then you must ship the item back to us. Being international shipping we do not refund shipping cost or provide return shipping labels. You will need to pay the shipping charges and price difference between item if any.
